AskGamblers has released its 2024 annual report detailing the performance of its Casino Complaint Service (AGCS), which recovered nearly $7 million for players over the course of the year.
The AGCS team successfully returned $6,890,547.11 to users in 2024, handling 10,342 player complaints—a substantial 28.57% increase in volume compared to 2023. The service achieved a 68% success rate for resolved cases, with disputes involving 1,114 unique online casino brands.
This report also highlights that AskGamblers officially surpassed $70 million in total recovered funds since the service launched in 2009, cementing AGCS’s reputation as one of the most trusted conflict resolution services in online gambling.
The top issue reported in 2024 was payment-related complaints, making up 6,251 cases, followed by:
- Account issues: 1,405 cases
- Deposit problems: 994 cases
- Bonus-related disputes: 547 cases
- Software concerns: 408 cases
- Other issues: 737 cases
Not all complaints made it through the verification process. The platform rejected 7,027 submissions, often due to users failing to follow up with requested documentation or further information.
Affiliate disputes also saw a sharp rise, with $87,103.20 recovered—a 90% increase from the previous year.
Dijana Radunović, General Manager at AskGamblers, praised the AGCS team’s continued efforts, stating:
“It’s incredible to witness the growing trust players place in our platform. We’re proud to return that trust by helping them reclaim lost funds and resolve disputes. 2024 was another banner year with new records and important milestones.”
The report’s release came just a day after Casino Guru announced its own achievements, including $40 million recovered since 2019 and processing its 50,000th complaint in March 2025.
