Hacksaw Completes $400M IPO, Joins Nasdaq Stockholm

Hacksaw AB, the Swedish B2B tech and game development company, has officially gone public with a blockbuster IPO that raised approximately $404 million, far exceeding expectations.

The offering valued Hacksaw at around $2.3 billion, and marked its debut on the Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap segment under the ticker symbol HACK.

A total of 50 million shares were sold at SEK 77 (approx. $8.10) per share — including 6.5 million through an over-allotment option — representing 17.3% of total shares. Over 16,000 new shareholders joined Hacksaw as a result.

Since all shares offered were existing ones, the company itself did not receive direct proceeds from the IPO.

CEO Christoffer Källberg described the IPO as a major milestone, saying it boosts Hacksaw’s global visibility and credibility and positions it for continued growth and innovation.

Adam Kostyál, Head of European Listings at Nasdaq, welcomed the company, stating that the listing would further enhance its market profile and long-term success.
